starting sapccmsr shared memory issue

starting sapccmsr shared memory issue:

Need to clear shared memory first by executing following command.

sapccmsr -initshm pf=/sapmnt//profile/

Even if doesn’t clear the shared memory from the system for sapccmsr.

Then check shared memory segment 4dc4 from user id sapadm.

To identify shared memory segment execute the following command

ipcs -am | grep sapadm

If it is there then need to clear it 

Even if doesn’t clear the shared memory from the system for sapccmsr.

Take restart the System.

Once it is cleared sapccmsr will start on that host.
