New entries missing in SCC4 tcode

When i go to SCC4 transaction Code in SAP S/4 HANA Server  "NEW ENTRIES" button is missing.

When i click EDIT  option only show 000 Client not show "NEW ENTRIES" button.

Steps to Get New Entries button in SCC4

Open HANA Studio or SAP GUI Execute the DBACOCKPIT tcode.

Open SQL Console .

Execute the command with below mention users.

SAPSID user or SAPABAP1 user

INSERT into SAPSBAP1.T000(MANDT,MTEXT,LOGSYS)VALUES ('100','Development Client','BHACLNT100')

Execute the command

Get the new entry in SCC4 also get "NEW ENTRIES" button.

Then go to SAP Execute the tcode SE11 enter the table name "T000" the click to activate.

Change and click active

Get the "NEW ENTRIES" button.
