1. SAP Solution manager is used for Generating stack.XML file and downloading support package         for update or upgrade.

2. Solution manager used for reporting,solution desk,to manage the change request and use to                 monitor entire SAP landscape central message processing in SAP Solution manager.

3. Display customer data,problem description ,priority,attached document,service level arguments (SLA).
